Trails' service is governed by our fair use policy.
In short, if you stay within what we believe is reasonable use, you will not encounter any unexpected usage caps.
Our goal is to maximize value for our users while maintaining a sustainable business.
If your usage starts to put a significant strain on our infrastructure or if infrastructure costs attributable to the organization exceed the cost of the plan, we'll reach out to discuss a custom plan based on your past usage.
If you decide not to move forward with a custom plan, we'll provide at least 30 days for you to move to a different solution.
Outside of excessive usage, here are a few examples of behavior that would immediately fall outside the bounds of our definition of fair and reasonable:
* Inappropriate or abusive content in guides
* Programmatic creation of guides
* Excessive API or platform calls
* Creation of guides not meant to be read by a person
